Volunteering at CCDIA

Much of what CCDIA does would be impossible without volunteers. People give their time to teach, to raise funds, to care for children's health, to construct and maintain buildings and so on. Every helper is invaluable.

Helping your Local Project

If you live in Brazil and there is a CCDIA project near you, then there is probably something you can do to help.

Could you teach a language? Information Technology? Something else? Are you an electrician, builder or plumber? Are you a doctor, nurse or dentist? Perhaps you are a social worker or psychologist, an architect or accountant - all skills are needed from time to time in a charitable organisation.

Overseas Volunteers

CCDIA is accustomed to receiving and hosting individuals and teams of volunteers from overseas for periods ranging from weeks to months.

Our selection of volunteers is very strict as we are unable to take people who we consider may burden our resources. However, we would encourage you to get in touch if you feel you have something specific to offer. It's always worth asking!
